Summary

I build production agentic platforms, the serverless economics underneath them, and the organizations that ship them. Chief Technology Officer for 15+ years, from startup to listed-company scale, with a decade shipping AI systems to production. Currently CTIO at MESA and CTO & Board Member of LIDIA, its legal-tech AI company, where I took the Lidia platform from MVP to production serving thousands of customers; founder and AI advisor at Radixia.   • Own company-wide AI and cloud strategy; lead the innovation portfolio from technology evaluation to production adoption.
  • Led the modernization of the legacy core into DDD bounded contexts, with fitness functions encoded with a Cursor SDK agent that scores progress continuously.
  • Architected agents in MESA products, matching business requirements with agentic AI capabilities.
  • Enabled company-wide AI adoption after a failed GitHub Copilot rollout — internal hackathon, free-to-fail playground — and brought business users into the SDLC: Event Storming before any prompt; agents for requirements modeling, bounded-context extraction, and architecture review.

MESA's legal-tech AI company: agentic knowledge management for legal and compliance work.

  • Architected the Lidia platform, event-driven, agentic, on Amazon Bedrock with RAG/GraphRAG retrieval, and took it from MVP to production serving thousands of customers, at 500k+ GenAI requests/day.
  • Board member: technology governance for the venture. Presented the platform architecture at AWS Summit Milano 2026.

A pivotal player in defining the Customer Experience market — listed Italian ISV and system integrator. Joined leading R&D; CTO from Oct 2014; Field CTO from Jan 2024.

  • Built the DevOps practice that took delivery from monthly releases to weekly sprints with on-time production deployments.
  • As Field CTO: technical authority in top-customer deals with direct P&L impact; owned strategic vendor relationships, AWS included.
  • Led R&D through 2022: applied machine learning to customer analytics, with a prototype-to-product pipeline.
