MESA is an ISV building ESG/GRC software used by Big Four consultancies and enterprises.

• Own company-wide AI and cloud strategy and the innovation portfolio, from evaluation to production adoption.
• Led the modernization of the legacy core into DDD bounded contexts, with fitness functions encoded with a Cursor SDK agent that scores progress continuously.
• Architected agents in MESA products and inside the SDLC: requirements modeling, bounded-context extraction, architecture review.
• Ran company-wide AI adoption after a failed GitHub Copilot rollout, on two tracks: a two-engineer pilot and six trained advocates pulled 50 developers onto Cursor and Claude Code; a hackathon with a free-to-fail playground brought in 20–25 business users and functional analysts, with Event Storming before any prompt.

MESA's legal-tech AI company: agentic knowledge management for legal and compliance work.

• Architected the Lidia platform, event-driven, agentic, on Amazon Bedrock with RAG/GraphRAG retrieval, and took it from MVP to production serving thousands of customers, at 500k+ GenAI requests/day.
• Board member: technology governance. Presented the platform at AWS Summit Milano 2026.

• Advisory seat in a founder-led venture, held alongside the MESA executive role: re-architected a healthcare cloud platform to be AI-ready; built a multi-agent content pipeline on Strands Agents and Claude (github.com/radixia/rooting-agentic-pipeline).

• Designed and taught the MSc-level Human-Computer Interaction course, bridging academic foundations with industry practice.

A pivotal player in defining the Customer Experience market — listed Italian ISV and system integrator. Joined leading R&D; CTO from Oct 2014; Field CTO from Jan 2024.

• Built the DevOps practice that took delivery from monthly releases to weekly sprints with on-time production deployments.
• As Field CTO: technical authority in top-customer deals with direct P&L impact; owned strategic vendor relationships, AWS included.
• Led R&D through 2022: applied machine learning to customer analytics, with a prototype-to-product pipeline.
• Under this tenure, Neosperience was named Gartner Cool Vendor (2013), Red Herring Top 100 Europe, Top Innovation Award Italy (2014), QUID Innovation Italy Winner.

Healthcare spin-off of Neosperience; concurrent mandate.

• Built and led internal and outsourced delivery of an AI healthcare SaaS: domain-driven architecture, MLOps adoption; owned the technical narrative for investors and key customers.

Fintech spin-off of Neosperience: credit and finance products on Ethereum; concurrent mandate.

• Board member and CTO: technology governance and delivery of Ethereum smart-contract products.
